You may have heard stories about insulation that caused damp, or installers who disappeared once the job was done. Those concerns are reasonable, and we’d rather talk them through honestly than skip past them.

You don’t need to know the technical terms or have a plan worked out. Just tell us about your home and what’s bothering you, whether that’s cold rooms, high bills, damp, or a renovation you’re already thinking about.

• A one-hour paid consultation, if you’re ready to go further. We’ll go into your project in depth and either agree a plan for the work or give you a written report on your next steps.

There’s no obligation and no sales pressure at any stage. If retrofit isn’t right for your home, or now isn’t the right time, we’ll say so.
